* Rental Conditions:
- All rentals require insurance; liability insurance naming Peters Tractor & Equipment Co. as additional insured and loss payee are required on all rentals
- A valid TEXAS driver's license is required; with rental use being in Texas only.
- A 15% of rental rate damage waiver will be charged on all rentals (non-refundable).
- Heavy equipment tax to be charged on all rentals (non-refundable).
- Renter is responsible for all damage(s) to machines; including but not limited to: physical damage, theft, or loss
- Machinery that requires fuel will leave with a full tank and must be returned with a full tank; renter will be billed for fuel shortage at current fuel rates
- A $225 security deposit (provided on a credit card) will be charged on all rentals; deposit will be refunded at time of return - less any additional expenses (i.e. fuel shortage, damage, clean up charge)
- Machines to be returned clean or a minimum $25 cleaning charge applied
- Rental units are subject to availability
- Delivery, taxes, insurance are not included in base rental charge
- Rental rates begin when the unit(s) leaves our dealership and ends when unit(s) is returned; there is an additional charge for equipment not returned within stated rental period; rental units are to be returned during business hours (after hours drop-off and delivery are not available). Hour meter allowance is 8 hours per day. Using a equipment for longer than 8 metered hours per day will result in additional fees.
